1) Vit C 500 MG & 5,000 IU of Vit D per hour for the 1st 6 hours of day 1 Then do that every two hours starting on day 2 and be sure to take at least 4 does each day till the illness is gone.
2) Zinc 30-50 MG 2 X per day. (Viruses can't replicate in a zinc environment).
3) Kyolic Garlic 2 caps 3 X per day
4) Oil of Oregano drops (13) Drops under the tongue, hold it there as long as possible before swallowing. Do this (3) times per day. This stuff kills all bacteria, fungus and viruses. It was called Hyssop in the Bible and we are told to "cleanse" ourselves with it.
NOTE: This stuff kills ALL bacteria, including the good bacteria in your gut so you need to replenish the good bacteria with a good quality Probiotic, like Dr. Ohhira’s or Good Belly. I take the Oil of Oregano first thing in the morning, ½ hour before lunch and ½ hour before dinner. Then I take my Probiotic right before turning in for the night.
5) Drink Alkalized water, at least (4) 16oz glasses per day. ( You can get the alkalizing drops at any health food store ) Alka Max, Mineralife and Essante Supreme PH are 3 good brands. Viruses can't live in an alkaline environment.
6) If you have sinus congestion, get a "Ayr" or "Nasopure" nasal wash system at the health food store. Flush 2X per day. On rising in the AM and at bedtime.
( If you need a spray to clear the sinuses first, then get Xlear Nasal Spray ).
NOTE: All of the products mentioned are available at any good Health Food Store.
7) Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night in a “COMPLETELY” DARK room. This allows for the production of Melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland from the amino acid tryptophan. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light, suggesting the involvement of melatonin in circadian rhythm and regulation of diverse body functions. Levels of melatonin in the blood are highest prior to bedtime. Synthetic melatonin supplements have been used for a variety of medical conditions, most notably for disorders related to sleep.
NOTE: Melatonin possesses antioxidant activity, and many of its proposed therapeutic or preventive uses are based on this property. It is far more potent as an antioxidant than Vit C or Vit E. Continue with this routine till the illness is gone.
