Lick Away Weight with Power Pops


A few years ago, I was at a business event that was going all hours of the night.  Everyone knows how grueling it can be  to hear motivational speakers with all these great ideas, you want to stay alert and catch every bit of information.  I was felt like how am I going to stay energized.  I saw one of the
meeting planners running around, alert, and she looked amazing.  I wondered, how on earth did she keep her stamina.  i found that she was eating these darn power pops.

Super Nutritious Foods For Perfect Health

What is the definition of a Super Food? Basically, super foods are foods that contain unusually high levels of two or more nutrients not found in mainstream foods. The ratio between nutrients available and caloric count is unusually high.


Super Foods are those foods from each group that stand head and shoulders above the rest, such as berries in the fruit group. Foods having healing and medicinal qualities in folk lore, such as garlic and ginger are also considered Super Foods. They are foods that give you 'more bang for your buck' in nutritional terms, so they give you more nutrients without a lot of kiloujoules .

If you include any two of the food groups mentioned in this article, you could live out your life in glowing good health, at least nutritionally. There are many other foods that could fit into this group, but according to the world's great diets, such as the Mediterranean and Japanese diets, to name just two, these foods are a common denominator, consumed by the healthiest people worldwide and are readily available.

The first food in this super group is definitely cold-water seafood, specifically salmon, sardines and tuna. These fishes are extremely rich in the fatty acids DHA and EPA Omega 3, which for one thing is essential for optimal brain health. The brain is about 60% fat. The membranes of neurons, specialized brain cells that form the nucleus for all thought and communication are composed of two layers of fatty acid molecules. Fatty Omegas are used to build and protect neurons, keeping the brain well lubed and running at peak performance.

Also, fatty omegas have been shown to control the bad cholesterols in the blood stream, aiding in cardiovascular health. There are other numerous benefits, far too many to list in an article.

The next group is Nuts, such as walnuts, peanuts, macadamias and most other nuts. Nuts are loaded with Omega fatty acids as well as phytonutrients, needed for cellular health and metabolism. Flu and Cold Remedy


1)   Vit C  500 MG  & 5,000 IU of Vit D  per hour for the 1st 6 hours of day 1 Then do that every two hours starting on day 2 and be sure to take at least 4 does each day till the illness is gone.

2)   Zinc 30-50 MG  2 X per day.   (Viruses can't replicate in a zinc environment).

3)   Kyolic Garlic  2 caps 3 X per day

4)   Oil of Oregano drops (13) Drops under the tongue, hold it there as long as possible before swallowing.  Do this (3) times per day.  This stuff kills all bacteria, fungus and viruses.  It was called Hyssop in the Bible and we are told to "cleanse" ourselves  with it.

NOTE:  This stuff kills ALL bacteria, including the good bacteria in your gut so you need to replenish the good bacteria with a good quality  Probiotic, like Dr. Ohhira’s  or  Good Belly.   I take the Oil of Oregano first thing in the morning, ½ hour before lunch and ½  hour before dinner.   Then I take my Probiotic right before turning in for the night.

5)   Drink Alkalized water, at least  (4)  16oz   glasses per day.   ( You can get the alkalizing drops at any health food store )  Alka Max, Mineralife and Essante Supreme PH are 3 good brands.   Viruses can't live in an alkaline environment.

6)   If you have sinus congestion, get  a  "Ayr" or "Nasopure"  nasal wash  system at the health food store.  Flush 2X per day.  On rising in the AM and at bedtime.  
(  If you need a spray to clear the sinuses  first,  then get Xlear Nasal Spray ).

NOTE:  All of the products mentioned are available at any good Health Food Store.

7)   Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night in a “COMPLETELY”  DARK  room.  This allows for the production of Melatonin.  Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain by the pineal gland from the amino acid tryptophan. The synthesis and release of melatonin are stimulated by darkness and suppressed by light, suggesting the involvement of melatonin in circadian rhythm and regulation of diverse body functions.  Levels of melatonin in the blood are highest prior to bedtime.  Synthetic melatonin supplements have been used for a variety of medical conditions, most notably for disorders related to sleep.
NOTE:   Melatonin possesses antioxidant activity, and many of its proposed therapeutic or preventive uses are based on this property.  It is far more potent as an antioxidant than Vit C or Vit E.  Continue with this routine till the illness is gone.
